Prashant Agarwal leaves DBS for AIA

Prashant Agarwal, senior vice president of Marketing at DBS Bank has left the role after one year.When contacted by Marketing, DBS declined to comment on a replacement for Agarwal.Agarwal (pictured) has taken up a new role as director - EDGE (Group Innovation) at AIA.Both Agarwal and AIA has confirmed the move to Marketing adding that in his new role he will focus on the communications agenda in AIA's Innovation team across Singapore and  Hong Kong.Agarwal has over 15 years of industry experience and Prior to DBS, he was the regional marketing director (Asia Pacific Japan) and global director for emerging markets at Dell.He led regional marketing for Dell's consumer and small business units. In August 2012 his role was expanded to include global leadership of marketing strategy for worldwide emerging markets.
