Orchard Road Business Association selects Leo Burnett Singapore

The Orchard Road Business Association (ORBA) has appointed Leo Burnett Singapore as the design agency for Christmas On A Great Street 2016 - the year-end festive Light-Up along Orchard Road.Leo Burnett Singapore will lead the conceptualisation, design and planning for this year’s light up.
