NTUC Income (Income) has retained Happy Marketer as its digital analytics and marketing automation agency for 2018.
Happy Marketer was first appointed as the brand’s chosen agency in June 2017. Following the re-appointment, the agency will spearhead services around digital web and mobile app analytics, as well as marketing automation and lifecycle marketing services for Income.
In a press statement, Anny Huang, head of e-commerce, NTUC Income said the organisation chose to continue its partnership as Happy Marketer’s “consultative and data-driven approach” to digital paved the way for the brand to achieve business targets, and drive double digit Y-o-Y growth from digital in 2017. These analytics and initiatives were akin to a “blindfold being taken off”.
“Happy Marketer has been a trusted partner for us where they have taken the initiative to understand our challenges and business requirements. Their innovative solutions in analytics, data-driven marketing and automation have helped us take better decisions, and driven better results on our digital marketing initiatives,” Saffry Hoo, digital marketing manager, NTUC Income said.
Sanchit Mendiratta, partner at Happy Marketer also added that Income understands and truly believes in the power of digital.
