In addition to your supreme sales skills, you also have experience in training and leading a team of sales professionals to achieve great things. Other prerequisites include: - At least four years advertising sales experience. - Experience with sales strategy, sales plans and budgets. - Excellent communications skills, fluent in written and spoken English. - An ambitious, competitive nature and a certain confidence that you can be the best. - A methodical, goal-oriented approach and an unyielding pursuit of those goals.
