Sales & Marketing Manager

A world's leading travel company with a strong global presence in Asia Pacific is now seeking energetic and result oriented individual as Sales & Marketing Manager for its office in Hong Kong.

Reporting to the General Manager of Hong Kong, you will be responsible for the planning and implementation of the entire sales & marketing strategy to achieve its profitability goals. You will lead and manage the whole sales force to meet its sales target. The key responsibility is to develop and maintain strong cohesive relationship with other department to ensure smooth operation of its S&M initiatives. You will also have to build strong relationship with the senior management of the travel trade business in the region to ensure business profitability for the company.

To qualify, you will have a degree in Tourism, Travel, IT, Airline or any other related discipline, MBA would be seen as an added advantage. You should have an excellent relationship with travel trade businesses in Hong Kong at senior management level and at least 8 years of experience especially in sales. Someone with excellent communication skills with strong presentation and persuasion skills would be effective for the role. You should have strong motivational skills as you will be leading and managing a team of sales staff to achieve their targets and objective. Fluency in English and Cantonese is an absolute essential for this role. Mandarin language skills would be seen as an advantage.
