Role Description:

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will generate retail sales by maintaining the highest standards for optimal store operations, customer service, merchandising and overall shopping experience. You will ensure the proper execution of trade promotions and will analyse sales information in order to plan for business growth. You will improve competitiveness by studying competitors performance and will train and motivate the retail team for maximisation of daily productivity.

Our client is a retail conglomerate with a diversified business across the region. In response to their growing number of outlets, an opportunity has arisen for a strong Retail Operations Manager to join the team in Hong Kong.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Min 8 years retail operations with practical experience in a local business environment
  • Proven record supervising multiple stores and sizeable teams
  • Desire to provide retail services of the highest standards
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at different levels
  • Team player with the ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • University degree
