Role Description:

Reporting to the Head of Retail, AP, your main objectives will be to ensure regional retail operations are in line with international standards. You will understand each market and create localised plans and regional projects to be deployed in each country and will provide operational guidance to the country operations teams on store openings, upgrades and customer service. Additionally you will closely monitor the performance of operations in the region and conduct both group and individual training.

As a result of business expansion in Asia Pacific, a new opportunity has arisen for an experienced retail operations professional to join the team in Hong Kong as the Regional Retail Operations Manager.

 

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Min 8 years of retail operations from customer focused leading brands
  • Experience in deploying international standards to local teams
  • Track record managing regional projects with local retail teams
  • Strong communication and organisation skills
  • Dynamic, energetic and ready to travel
  • University degree in business or other related disciplines
