Food Director, Category Management

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the VP, your prime responsibility is food product management in all the retail stores across ten countries in Asia Pacific. Following headquarter directions, you will work closely with regional food development teams and food managers to develop, launch and manage a full range of food products in the region. With P&L responsibility you will set sales targets, create selling techniques and food display guidelines to support store operations in order to maximise the sales performance of each category. This role will play an important part of the business expansion in Asia Pacific in terms of improving the existing food product mix and adapting to the different tastes of each country. You will also be the key person to assist the local manager in the areas of standardising food quality and enhancing category profitability.
