Role Description:

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for driving advertising sales revenue with key clients including but not exclusively in the luxury goods, hotels and resorts and entertainment industries. Key deliverables include identifying new business opportunities, managing client and agency relationships, leading the sales team, responding to RFPs (Request for Proposal) with integrated media solutions, achieving sales targets and working closely with senior management on strategic direction of the business. Frequent travel (1-2 days per week) to Macau required.

The company provides a diverse range of advertising solutions including traditional magazine and newspaper advertising, outdoor media such as taxi ads, billboards and state-of-the-art video advertising solutions. Growth in the market and our business has created an opportunity for an experienced advertising sales professional to join the company as Head of Sales.

Requirements:

To qualify individuals must possess:

  • 7+ years of corporate sales experience
  • Proven track record of media sales (outdoor, print, online)
  • Strong agency and client contacts in Hong Kong and the region
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English and Chinese
  • Persuasive personality and strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent team leadership skills
