Role Description:

Based in Hong Kong and reporting into the Managing Partner and Global Head of Business Development you will be responsible for growing the international business by developing and deploying marketing and business plans / initiatives that focus on the firms' key strengths. You will act as the company representative and work alongside partners in building the profile of the business. Responsibilities include developing knowledge sharing practices and policies, mentoring partners from a business development perspective and managing CRM programmes.

Our client is an international law firm with offices throughout the region and around the world. An opportunity exists for an individual to join the organisation as Head of Business Development.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Extensive experience in professional services
  • Previous track record of successfully winning new business
  • Degree in business, commerce, marketing or law
  • Strong people, project and key client management skills
  • Excellent command of native English
  • Extremely well organised and detail minded
