- Prospect, develop and expand client base for airtime, print and on-line advertising and customised integrated sponsorships - Identify, negotiate and recommend airtime and print advertising solutions to advertising agencies and advertisers - Negotiate and expand business opportunities with major key accounts - Build and maintain a good rapport with existing clients and major agencies - Develop and mentoring Account Managers to optimize their performance - Develop and implement innovative promotion programs to expand customer base and increase market share - Provide sales report, competitive information and account feedback to management - Ensure department targets are achieved or exceeded

Degree qualified, you shall have at least 6 years' experience in the media sales industry with prior experience in leading a team. You need to demonstrate a proven track record of closing major deals and managing clients. Good insights and knowledge of the media and advertising industry would be advantageous.
