Role Description:

 

Reporting to the Director, you will search, create and approve all news topics published seven days per week and twenty four hours per day. You will be the key person reacting to international and local news and will ensure all headlines are communicated effectively and efficiently.

In the fast paced world of new media development, they are looking for a manager to lead the news team to edit both Chinese / English news and articles.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 8+ years relevant experience from the media or publishing industry
  • Strong news sense with hands on experience approve news topics
  • Outstanding writing and editing ability
  • Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
  • Creative, efficient with ability to work under tight deadlines
  • University degree in journalism, language or other related discipline
