Role Description:	Based in Hong Kong and reporting into senior management you will devise and implement strategic communications for both online and offline media with primary responsibilities for the building and deploying of a customer relationship management programme. This will include the development of a customer database, implementation of direct marketing campaigns and channel marketing activities and the analysis of customer data. Working with local markets throughout the Asia Pacific region you will also be responsible for consumer research and customer surveys and the creation and execution of non-traditional marketing strategies in areas such as new media.

With the introduction of new strategic business initiatives, an exciting regional marketing opportunity exists for an experienced and mature database marketing and CRM professional to join the organisation as Regional CRM Director.
Requirements:	Main responsibilities include: Directing customer focused efforts and developing customer databases Developing regional CRM objectives, strategies and programs Working with regional affiliates and stakeholders to ensure efficient data capture Overseeing data analysis and reporting for all offline and online programs Visiting key markets and working with local brand teams on CRM plans Developing multi-channel strategies incorporating online and offline media Implementing new customer research/survey and data acquisition methods Garnering feedback to improve direct, multi-channel marketing/CRM strategies To qualify, individuals must possess: Minimum of 12+ years experience devising and implementing CRM initiatives Marketing and CRM background working within the retail and / or FMCG sectors Excellent data analytics and customer metrics measurement skills In-depth knowledge of digital marketing, e-commerce and online advertising Ability to work independently with highly tuned influencing skills University degree; MBA preferred Fluent written and spoken English; Asian languages a plus Willingness to travel regularly throughout the region Contact Richard Broadhurst on (852) 3101 3066 or APPLY NOW by clicking the button below quoting reference number MI/RB107582 www.ambition.com.hk Data provided is for recruitment purposes only.
