Assistant General Manager - Sales & Marketing

A multi-national conglomerate company with headquarters in Hong Kong, is expanding its property and real estate projects. They are currently seeking high caliber individuals as Assistant General Manager - Sales & Marketing to be based in Shanghai.

Stationed in Shanghai and with very frequent travel in Hong Kong, this position is crucial in managing property portfolio of successful luxury residential and commercial project in PRC. It involves developing and managing all the marketing plans, strategies, budgets and forecast of the project. It also involves overseeing all the property management services and the sales and marketing functions of the operations. Developing the building plans and layout and recommending product packaging and market positioning would be vital responsibility in the position.

To be successful in this job, you should have a minimum tertiary degree in Marketing or other related disciplines with at least 10 years post qualification experience in marketing of real estate projects, preferably office or mixed use projects and with a major developer. You should also be able to handle multiple aspects of the projects at the same time and oversee all the operational functions. He/She should have solid PRC experience and be independent, flexible and result oriented. Someone who is able to demonstrate strong communication and organizational skills and is able to work under pressure and manage a team would be seen as ideal for this role. Fluency is English and Mandarin is essential. Cantonese speaking language skill would be an added advantage.
