Manager, Membership Travel Services, Singapore (JO259480 ST)

You will overseeing the service delivery operations for the Membership Travel Services (MTS) business in Singapore, delivering dedicated best in class travel and lifestyle services to premium card members. You will also be responsible for the implementation of change programs designed to significantly improve the operational flexibility of the current business model, the shareholder economics & the customer satisfaction.

You will play a critical role in ensuring that the expected service levels and planned and identify improvements in the service delivery platform, structure and product offer set to improve revenues and service levels and make appropriate recommendations to the business.

You will oversee the selection, development and motivation of the travel and lifestyle service delivery teams to provide exceptional and seamless delivery of services to premium cardmembers in Singapore.  This role will have a high level of operational & relationship management focus due to the cross functional nature of the role and the matrix management structure in existence.

You are tertiary qualified and possess outstanding knowledge of the premium servicing business processes from a Card, Travel and Lifestyle perspective with  first hand experience in managing membership travel services operations.

You have managed a large team in the call-centre environment and you possess extensive knowledge in travel business and the GDS travel booking systems. You are an excellent communicator with astute interpersonal, relationship management, analytical and problem solving skills. You have demonstrated leadership to drive results in a diversified environment and in the area of influencing others to ensure key projects are fully executed at local market level.

Ability to collaborate with and influence internal and external partners, you are highly organized, proactive attitude and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
