Role Description:

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Executive Vice President, you will act as senior liaison and team leader for accounts within the Financial Communications Practice. You will develop and grow the practice by building the client base and services offered to clients. As Vice President of the Practice you will provide senior counsel support to clients and account teams and oversee account handling to ensure timely, effective, creative and profitable client management. You will also drive new business development initiatives, take a lead role in pitches and grow existing retained business. You will be a key member of senior management for the agency and manage and mentor a growing team.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • Minimum of 10 years experience in financial communications
  • Fluency in written and spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
  • High level of proficiency in English
  • Exceptional communication, presentation and client management skills
  • Excellent organisational and team leadership skills
  • Track record of new business development
