Role Description:

Based in Hong Kong and reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for developing the sales system, analyzing forecasts for the sales team and driving the B2B online operational efficiency. You will also be actively involved in the internal and external training of partners to familiarize them with new website software applications developed to improve the sales flow of orders and requests.

Requirements:

To qualify, individuals must possess:

  • 4+ years of business analysis experience
  • Good understanding of e-commerce and sales operations
  • Exceptional analytical and project management skills
  • Training experience is a must
  • Fluent English and Mandarin
  • University degree in computer science or business
