Nic Tinworth joins Lab Concept

Nic Tinworth, former creative director of digital agency Digital Butter, has joined Lab Concept as customer experience director.According to Tinworth's LinkedIn profile, he is tasked with developing an omni-channel strategy on the customer-facing front and improve customer service across the company by driving alignment and cooperation across departments and brands.In his previous role at Digital Butter, Tinworth was responsible for establishing a creative vision for projects, mentoring and growing the design team, project management, pitching for new business and strategic growth planning.
