Position:          Human Resources Shared Services Project Manager - HREO/24145/JOH

Role Description:      

Singapore will be the regional hub for HR delivery and you will be responsible to programme manage and lead the implementation, managing direct reports and driving the management of the Shared Service Centre. You will work within the Global framework to define and deliver the requirements and manage the plan for a successful implementation. You are meticulous with strong project management skills; you will establish and evaluate monitoring mechanisms to chart the successful growth of the centre.

Requirements:          

The ideal candidate possesses a good university degree and has at least 10-12 years of core experience. A self-starter who works well independently and in a team, you have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. You have strong analytical skills and thrive on bringing order and structure to challenging situations. The right attitude is crucial; we seek someone who is hands-on, highly passionate and results-driven. You excel at building relationships and will be able to partner a wide range of managers.
