Singapore - Travel search engine Wego has embarked on a new advertising program allowing websites to place Wego-branded banners, search boxes and web tools on their pages.
Currently still in beta, these online affiliates will thus get to earn revenue through this partnership programme. The creative of which, can be easily adapted to suit the requirements of affiliates, is currently open to all and downloadable on its affiliates website.
"This is a powerful tool that will bring the offerings of our travel partners to new users the world over. We want these offerings to fit seamlessly into their new environments, so we built our Affiliates Programme to be flexible and adaptable to the needs of site publishers and their users," Martin Symes, Wego's CEO, said.
To help its affiliates sustain high conversion rates, the suite will get regular updates and be expanded with the development of modules like Desktop Widget and "Hot Deals" feeds. Reporting and payment are automated.
Wego has existing distribution deals with sites like Yahoo, MSN, news.com.au, and Lonely Planet.
