Position:          Regional HR Manager (EN 3975/2)

Role Description:      

In this exciting role you will lead and supervise the human resources functions across Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Cambodia and Laos. You will build strong relationships with the regional and in-country management teams to develop, communicate and implement the strategic direction of HR operations in the Area.

In addition you will support all company policies and procedures to ensure organisation effectiveness through integrated people management tools and processes.

Further, you will provide detailed HR support to the regional leadership team in the form of talent management, acquisition, organisational development, rewards management, and learning & development.

Requirements:          

To be successful, you will be a highly experienced and qualified HR professional preferably from an Engineering/Manufacturing services background. Ideally, you will have at least 10 years of relevant experience with excellent regional exposure and a strong track record in building and maintaining relationships at all levels. You will be comfortable with frequent travel.
