Position: Senior Manager, Management Development & OJT
Company: Certis CISCO Security Pte Ltd
Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and implement OJT, Customer Service programmes and
processes for Business Units (BU)
· Ensure the BU training team is equipped with necessary knowledge and
skills to manage the OJT System
· Conduct needs analysis to identify skills / knowledge / performance
gaps in the delivery of customer service skills
· Design, develop and deliver training to assist BU to train their
staff
· Evaluate training programmes to ensure the specific transfer of
knowledge and skills
· Ensure OJT methodology is in accordance with Certis CISCO Service
Delivery System
· Plan, organise and implement ad-hoc assignments to support business
requirements
· Conduct regular on-site OJT audits & customer service programmes
Requirement:
