Singapore - Droga5 has won the $US100 million global Puma account, which includes Singapore.
Marketing and branding advertising for Puma in Singapore will feature creative from Droga5. Founded by Australian Dave Droga, the agency has offices in New York and Sydney.
"Most of the branding ads we run in Singapore are dictated by the marketing head office based in Boston, US. We do not have an agency of record locally but we do work on an ad hoc basis with various agencies to localize ads," Gabriel Yap, marketing manager for Puma Sports Singapore, said.
Puma recently worked with Ogilvy Action on ads for F1 and the Volvo Ocean Race.
Puma Sports manages the Puma brand in Singapore. It is formed through a joint venture between Puma International and Royal Sporting House that used to distribute Puma in Singapore.
