Singapore - Ex-MindShare head Jeffrey Seah has rejoined Starcom MediaVest Group, signaling a rejig in its Asia operations.
The changes also include Starcom's South Asia CEO Ravi Kiran double up as leader of specialist solutions, emerging market.
Seah, in his new role as CEO of SE Asia, will be responsible for managing the network's operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand and Vietnam, with an additional focus of driving digital expansion in these markets. Seah left Starcom in November 2006 to join MindShare
Paul Maher, who remains CEO of Starcom's North Asia operations, will continue to focus on China and oversee Taiwan, Japan, Philippines and Korea.
The trio, comprising Starcom's leadership in Asia will report directly to president of global operations Andrew Swinand.
