Singapore - The National Heritage Board has called for a pitch to promote the Singapore HeritageFest (SHF) 2009.
The 12-day festival begins 15 July 2009, with the theme ‘Celebrating Our Multicultural Heritage' and tagline ‘Who's Your Neighbour?'. The appointed agency will be tasked to conceptualise and execute advertisements for TV, radio and outdoor among others.
According to the tender document, while most of the work will be above-the-line creative, they agency must possess the ability to create below-the-line/ OOH collaterals, as well as publicity materials for other festival events.
The tender closes on 9 December.
