Hong Kong - A new channel called Now Hong Kong, which is a self-produced Cantonese infotainment channel, will be aired on PCCW's Now TV in December.
Similar to free-to-air TV channels, the new channel featuring in-house infotainment programs and talk shows will be available to all subscribers free during the trial period, which ends 31 January.
Now TV said Now Hong Kong is one of the core assets of Now TV because it will bring different perspectives to all things relevant to Hong Kong viewers.
"The Now Hong Kong channel extends our selection of content with local infotainment tailored to a local viewership," Dominic Leung, PCCW's TV & media managing director, said.
The channel can be viewed via multiple mediums, such as mobile phone, broadband internet (now.com.hk) and PCCW's eye multimedia service.
