De Nardis named OMD Worldwide's CEO

Global - Omnicom Media Group's chariman and CEO Daryl Simm has appointed Mainardo de Nardis to the role of CEO of OMD Worldwide to be based in New York, effective on the first quarter of next year.

De Nardis was most recently based in London at Aegis Media as global CEO, a post which he left mid this year. He has been in the business for over 20 years and was CEO of the CIA media company which has since merged with The Media Edge to become Mediaedge:cia. He will report to Simm at OMD.
