Role Description:      

In this role you will execute and manage the design, construction and implementation of e-Learning applications and courseware that support business objectives. You will work in close partnership with both internal and external teams and partners to design, collaborate, develop and deploy e-Learning projects for e-Learning users.

You will also help set the strategic direction for e-Learning and be responsible for revenue targets and goals, manage the e-Learning team and customer relations for all e-Learning users, vendors and partners. Additionally, you will develop web-based course materials and convert existing content into a web format, and monitor all aspects of the e-Learning website.

Requirements:          

To perform this job successfully, you must have a solid understanding of web technologies (application, reporting, database, web design and email), experience with learning management systems and instructional design methodology. A Bachelors Degree or equivalent is required, basic knowledge of HTML protocol and HTML coding, coupled with previous experience in managing and leading a team. Previous experience using Peoplesoft 9.8 is highly desirable. A minimum of 6 years e-Learning and demonstrated experience in course development, online training, instructor-led training and/or adult learning theory will be expected.
