Regional - Omnicom Media Group (OMG) and dgm, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Deal Group Media, have come together to offer search engine marketing services across the Asia Pacific.
According to dgm CEO Fionn Hyndman, the aim of the alliance will be to address the wider picture of why and how a consumer searches and interacts with a brand, and not purely focus on the management of search marketing.
The OMG Search offering will support all OMG agencies exclusively, including the networks OMD and PHD, along with local market OMG brands.
Barry Cupples, Asia Pacfiic CEO for OMG, said this region (APAC) is "hugely significant" in the new media and digital area.
"Which is why we are looking so closely at development across all of our disciplines in the digital space, starting with search engine marketing."
