Enfatico names APAC head

Asia Pacific – WPP specialist agency Enfatico has made two senior management promotions, including the appointment of a managing director of its operations in Asia-Pacific.

According to overseas reports, Harish Vasudevan has been named as managing director of Enfatico in APAC, while Jeffrey Wilks has became worldwide chief operating officer.

Enfatico was unavailable for comment at the time of writing.

Vasudevan, who previously has held senior positions with Ogilvy & Mather in Asia and India, was Enfatico’s regional Asia COO before the promotion. He will continue to be based in Beijing. Wilks, another ex-Ogilvy staffer, was president of the Enfatico’s Business Solutions Group. He will be based in New York and assume day-to-day operational responsibilities for Enfatico.

WPP created Enfatico specifically to handle Dell after winning the client’s global account at the end of 2007. In Asia, Enfatico has offices in Singapore, Beijing, Tokyo and Sydney.
