SAS opts for Weber Shandwick

Singapore - Software and services provider SAS has appointed Weber Shandwick as its new PR agency for APAC.
The agency is tasked to strengthen the SAS brand across the region through media relations, relevant thought-leadership and consistent communication.
"The recent economic uncertainty, will see businesses continue to revert to SAS, with CRM, risk management and information management solutions to optimise investments and boost performance. We're excited about telling the SAS story in a way that will resonate with business, vertical and technology media alike," Lisa Popplewell, VP Weber Shandwick Sydney, said.
The account was previously handled by Edelman Public Relations.
