Singapore - SingHealth has partnered ZoMedia Singapore, parent company of Zo Card, to form a new network enabling marketers to reach out to the healthcare network - doctors, nurses and patients.

"With the new ZoPlus network, we hope to see many advertisers taking advantage of this opportunity to get their message across. This network goes straight to the niche audience of anyone in the medical field, be it doctors, nurses, patients or carers, and unlike general consumer advertising it does not force you to buy anything for the sake of it, instead it urges you to take care of yourself by getting informed, through taking our ZoPlus cards," Dinesh Singh, marketing and sales director for ZoCard said in a statement.

The network, called ZoPlus, includes medical and health related information on postcards displayed on racks in over 108 health and medical outlets. The pilot stage of the network began 18 moths ago and has attracted health care providers such as Oral Kare, Bristol-Myers Squibb and Wyeth.

"It endorses the product and is successful in educating people and I look forward to more people getting to know about the education content of ZoPlus," Jay Khialani, CEO for Oral Kare said.
