DHL Express and Trelleborg sign 3-year distribution contract

Germany - DHL Express and Trelleborg Sealing Solutions have signed a three-year global distribution contract extending a successful partnership between the two companies.

Trelleborg Sealing Solutions is a global supplier of precision seals for safety critical applications in the industrial, automotive and aerospace markets. The company offers a unique range of sealing products using proprietary materials, innovative manufacturing methods and patented products.

The new contract will see DHL Express provide Trelleborg Sealing Solutions with its Time Definite and EUROPLUS Day Definite road based products.

According to DHL, Time Definite is a customised door-to-door export, import or domestic delivery of documents and parcels by four different precise time options on the next possible business day. While DHL EUROPLUS offers a high level of reliability, late pickup and early delivery times, as well as a fast and convenient premium systemised road-based service all over Europe.

Thomas Uhlig, president of global supply chain management for Trelleborg Sealing Solutions said, "I am delighted to embark on another successful journey together with DHL Express.
