Singapore - National Geographic Channel and DHL have teamed up to present ‘Light at the Edge of the World', a four-part TV series aimed at raising the awareness of indigenous cultures.
Across Asia, a series of multi-media awareness campaigns covering on-air vignettes, on-ground events, education initiatives, online elements and print promotions covering Singapore, India, Malaysia, Taiwan and Hong Kong will take place to promote the series.
The series is to be hosted by National Geographic explorer-in-residence, Wade Davis. "By partnering Wade Davis in his endeavours to preserve cultural diversity, DHL is able to emphasise its own ability to know the world, country by country, like a local," Connie Chan, MD for Mediaedge:cia, the agency that worked with National Geographic Channel to create this partnership, said.
