Position: Singapore HR Manager - HREO/23733/JOH

Role Description:
Reporting to the Business Director, you will lead the overall HR strategy and execution on site as a trusted advisor to the business lines and will facilitate change as the organisation evolves. You are responsible for a headcount of approximately 140 and will develop and sustain a positive leadership framework and employee relations within a unionized environment. Additionally, you will play an integral role in recruitment, performance management, succession planning, employee communications and industrial relations.
Requirements:
This role is not for the uninitiated, it is a hands-on role requiring solid business partnering skills and maturity. You should have at least 8-9 years of HR experience and have the ability to manage multiple tasks in a rapidly changing environment. The right attitude is crucial, we seek someone who is hands-on and results driven. You excel at building relationships and will be able to partner a wide range of managers. HR experience working in manufacturing plants will put you in good stead for the role.
