Role description:
Responsibilities:
-You will be part of the outsourcing business, providing core services in strategic sourcing, procurement and vendor management.
-Partner with client organisations to outsource employee benefits to third party.
-With the objective of delivering cost savings, risk management and regulatory compliance.
-Integral in supplier negotiation, contract drafting, supplier performance and service level agreement management.
-Establish key relationships with internal and external stakeholders for maximum support of strategies and solutions.
Requirements:
-You possess a business degree or similar, with professional qualifications in procurement or employee benefits insurance
-At least five years' sourcing experience in employee benefits, with a good understanding of benefits administration, health care and retirement programs
-Ideally from health/insurance services background
-Good contract knowledge, change management skills, strong people management and influencing abilities
