Singapore - Turner Entertainment Networks Asia (TENA) has promoted Mark Eyers, the executive director of programming to the new position of VP for Content. He will report to Soumitra Saha, SVP and GM for TENA.
Still based in Hong Kong, Eyers will continue to oversee programming activities while being in charge of all aspects of TENA's content business, including scheduling, acquisitions, programming operations, presentation, original production & development and new brands/business initiatives.
In his previous role, Eyers implemented a unified vision across all programming functions, including operations, acquisitions and development for Cartoon Network, POGO and Boomerang channels in APAC - enabling the consolidation of TENA's content ownership, development and management structures by integrating the original production and development unit within the programming division.
