Singapore - As part of an integrated campaign for its colour-critical LCD monitor, HP has launched an Arc Worldwide-created web portal called ‘DreamColor Wonderland'.
The campaign, which runs till 30 November, uses selected blogs and online communities to send out the message that more than 70 per cent of computer monitors are not able to display colours accurately - a condition named as ‘Colouritis'.
To demonstrate the extent to which colour inaccuracies exist with their current monitors, Arc Worldwide Singapore have sent specialised direct mailers in the form of an arcane book called the ‘Mystical Book of Colours'.
Also on the roll are ‘Ghost Book' at various retail outlets, ‘warn a friend eDM' and Elf apprentice game at http://www.hp.com.sg/dreamcolor
