Hong Kong - Forbes.com has launched the "Total Guarantee Program", which offers a money-back guarantee to clients who see no effective results from their online brand campaigns.
The Brand Increase Guarantee (BIG), an online media measurement program, has been available since 2003 and allows online marketers to measure the impact of their campaigns.
The program requires marketers to advertise a minimum of $150,000 over 60 days. If the marketer does not see improvement in one of its four brand criteria-awareness, message association, brand favorability or purchase intent, the online portal will return the money.
Forbes said so far more than 100 companies have used the BIG and none had asked for refund.
"With Total Guarantee, Forbes.com promises to deliver traditional media buying metrics with the added accuracy and accountability that the web affords, along with a guarantee to enhance brand metrics," Jim Spanfeller, CEO of Forbes.com, said.
