Spring Singapore issues tenders

Singapore - Singapore government's enterprise development agency, Spring Singapore, has issued tenders for a creative and media agency.
The incumbent creative agencies are Atomz and Urban Forest ,and media agency is Universal McCann. The tender closes 7 October.
According to Spring Singapore, the government body could select either one or two creative agencies and one media agency.
