Philippines - Ogilvy Shanghai's creative partner Kenny Choo has moved to the Philippines to take on the role of ECD, reporting to O&M's Philipines head Randy Aquino.
Choo fills the role vacated by Gavin Simpson, who is now Ogilvy Hong Kong's ECD. The appointment is effective 1 October.

Choo is one of our stars and has consistently proven, time and again, that he is capable of the challenge. Working with Randy, as his partner, we have the highest expectations of the duo to deliver effective groundbreaking ideas for our clients," Ogilvy's co-chairman, Tham Khai Meng, said.
Choo will work closely with the agency's former ECD, Peachy Pacquing who recently returned as chief planner and strategist; Lito Gemora, head of art, as well as former Saatchi Jakarta ECD, James Bernardo, who joined Ogilvy Philippines as head of copy last June.
