Global - WPP-owned media agency Mindshare has unveiled a new corporate identity as part of a global restructure currently underway.

In a statement, Mindshare said the redesign, developed in partnership with branding agency Moving Brands, coincides with the agency's ongoing global restructuring in its aim of becoming its clients' "lead business partner."

Mindshare said the new logo, two interlocking circles, represented its partnership with clients and the "flow of creativity" within the agency.

Dominic Proctor, chief executive of Mindshare Worldwide, said the new look reflect the consistency of the global network.

"When we launched we wanted to be the agency of the future. After 10 years that objective is stronger than ever. To prepare us for that future, today we unveil our new branding, which is further indication of our ambition indicated by our ongoing global restructure," he said.

Earlier this year Mindshare announced a global restructure of its business, integrating all of its offering under the one banner. Services including ROI modeling, communications strategy, sports sponsorship and content creation were all drawn together in a simplified framework to deliver a better marketing services offering.
