Singapore - McCann Erickson's associate creative director Goh Wee Kim has been promoted to the role of creative director, one year after joining the agency from BBDO.
He made the switch to McCanns at a time when the agency had also just landed another BBDO Singapore creative with the appointment of Farrokh Madon as ECD. The pair worked together at BBDO on several accounts including KFC which, incidentally, moved to McCanns in October last year as well.
"As McCann Erickson grows from strength to strength and reinvents itself, I think it is important to recognize and reward talented people within the agency. I'm sure Wee Kim has a lot more to offer McCann Erickson in the years to come," Madon said.
Recently, the agency was appointed as Maybank Singapore's creative agency.
