Hong Kong - National Geographic and Fox International Channels has appointed Sonia Jackson as senior vice president, marketing for South East Asia.
In her role, she will be responsible for building the regional business by growing existing brands and introducing new brands with priority to develop all the channel brands across the region and ensure continued success to Nat Geo and Fox international channels' trade partners.
Jackson (pictured) will report to Zubin Gandevia, EVP and MD for National Geographic and Fox International Channels Asia.
"Her (Jackson) business acumen and breadth of experience with the company's businesses worldwide will be invaluable, as Asia readies itself for the next phase of growth and expansion," Gandevia said.
Before relocating to Hong Kong, Jackson was instrumental in the launch of Fox channels across Europe, particularly the Portuguese Fox International Channels business by growing it from zero to eleven channels in five years.
