Role Description:
Taking care of the headcount in ASEAN (Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Philippines and Vietnam): 200 people • Develop, improvise and implement HR policies to ensure efficient and effective people management • Partner with the management team to deliver the best service and increase employment engagement to enhance productivity • Manage the day to day operations which includes recruitment, C&B, employee relations and engagement activities • Ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive to attract and retain talent • Work closely with the HR Director to ensure the execution of key HR processes to support the growth of the organisation
Requirements:
Must have at least 5 years of HR and additional 3 years of management experience in a fast pace and dynamic multinational organisation. Possess at least a degree from a recognised university. Strong communication and influencing skills with the ability to build and foster relationship at all levels. Proven ability to handle change management and employee engagement activities. Have strong business acumen and financial knowledge will be an advantage. Must have prior regional experience.
Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
