Friday: Manager, Procurement Logistics Service – Liner Shipping and Tank Container (SIK-285490)

Singapore - The successful candidate will be responsible for the management and procurement of the company's regional volume in ocean transportation.

Role description:

Reporting to the senior regional manager for APAC, the primary objective is to manage and procure the company's regional volume in ocean transportation (liner shipping, tank container, including dedicated tank container).

This includes the corresponding service provider management, performance monitoring and the support of RBU's and group companies in managing its regional transportation & distribution network. The tasks are performed in close co-operation with the global market team (GMT) and the regional network of procurement specialist in each country.

Requirements:

The client is looking for a candidate with 5 years of experiences in a shipping company or involved in marine transportation. Procurement experiences are preferred but not mandatory.
