Singapore -  Keeping up with its acquisition spree the iProperty.com Group, owner of real estate website iProperty.com.sg, has acquired Horizon Infoventures which heads ndian property buying website RealAcres.com.

The controlling stake closely follows the launch of its regional luxury property website - http://www.iluxuryasia.com. This also adds onto its recent acquisitions made by the company like Taiwan's VRHouse.com.tw and the Keagan Group.

"Our aim is to provide clients with unparalleled options and information on real estate. We believe in getting into the market early and scaling up in order to make iProperty.com a leader in real estate websites," Patrick Grove, executive chairman of the iProperty.com Group, told Marketing.

While RealAcres.com, will be rebranded iProperty.com soon, Grove says, there are no immediate plans to rebrand all the other acquired websites. "We may eventually rebrand all of them as iProperty, depending on the market," he adds.

The iProperty network now includes countries like  Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong, Taiwan, India and Philippines. The company raised S$ 10 million out of its initial public offering, last year.
