Role Description:
Be an active business partner to the executive management team by providing solutions for enhancing human capital potential. Increase and enhance regional employee engagement by working closely with the management team. Work closely with headquarters to develop regional talent development frameworks and propose succession planning strategies. Create and implement all regional HR processes, policies and procedures based on corporate HR and local best practices.
Requirements:
At least 12 years' HR experience, with a proven track record and the ability to work independently. A degree from a recognised tertiary institution, along with a positive attitude and dynamic personality. Experience working in the APAC region (including China, Malaysia, India, Korea and Japan) is required. Frequent travel will be required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage and support internal client. Previous experience in a service related industry is preferable.
Salary Range: (SGD, annual) Negotiable
