McCann appoints MasterCard head
Regional - Marco Corsi, former worldwide account director for Standard Chartered Bank at TBWA, has moved to McCann Worldgroup Singapore to head up the MasterCard business for Asia Pacific and the Middle East. (APMEA).
This will be Corsi's second stint at McCann, having worked for the agency in his native home of London and then in Hong Kong for a number of years.
"It feels like I'm coming home; there are so many of my old friends here," Corsi, said.
Mark Ingrouille, McCann's regional director for SE Asia and CEO for Singapore and Thailand, said Corsi has great experience in the finance sector, plus great digital marketing experience was priceless.
"This overcame any reservations we had about him being an Arsenal supporter. MasterCard is a growing brand in APMEA, so we need top people to help us manage this business."
