Hong Kong - Pernod Ricard Asia has launched Asia's first Chivas Studio in Hong Kong, a three day extravaganza that will transform the Watermark restaurant at Central harbour into a hub of creativity, entertainment and luxury.

Bryan Fry, vice-preisdent marketing for Pernod Ricard Asia said, Chivas Studio is a concept which has been run in some of the most vibrant cities in Europe and the US.

"It is a forum for designers, artists and musicians to showcase their talents and ideas inspired by Chivas Regal's innate values of exuberance and creativity," he said.

Fry added that Chivas Studio represents a piece of the Chivas world - the creation of a space where people can enjoy themselves and experience the exuberance and creativity of the Chivas brand.

He said that Hong Kong is an ideal choice to launch Asia's first Chivas Studio as the city complements Chivas in being dynamic, energetic, exciting and sophisticated. Fry added that Chivas Studio aims to attract opinion leaders between 25 to 35 years old who appreciate premium beverage.

He said Chivas Studio is not a communication platform but more of a unique event platform that provides an experiential space for people from various backgrounds and industries.

Chivas Studio ambassadors for Hong Kong include designer Michael Young, photographer Wing Shya, lyricist and rapper Pharoahe Monch together with DG Geo-ology, VJ Maotik, chef Pascal and mixologist Max Warner.
